Rewards terms
The “Doina Vin Rewards” programme is run by S.R.L. “DOINA VIN” (IDNO 1003600017246) on doinavin.md. It is free, for customers with an account who are at least 18 (age is confirmed when ordering). Nothing depends on luck: there are no draws, wheels, lotteries or random prizes; every point shows its reason in the account history.

The level counts the points earned in the last 12 months (points spent are not subtracted); the rate is fixed on an order when it is completed.
How to use points
- 100 points = 50 MDL off, in whole steps, in the cart, on products (not on delivery).
- The discount is at most 30% of the products in the cart.
- It is given as a single-use code valid only in your account.
- The points are deducted when the order is placed and return if the payment fails or the order is cancelled or refunded.
Cancellations and refunds
- Points for an order are taken back if it is cancelled or refunded after completion; for a partial refund, in proportion.
- Points for an invitation are taken back if the friend’s order is refunded.
Invite a friend
- Every customer with an account has a personal link and code.
- The friend gets 10% off the products of a first order if there is no earlier order with the same account, e-mail or phone.
- The inviter cannot use it: same account, e-mail, phone or delivery address.
- The link keeps the invitation in the friend’s browser for 30 days through the “dv_inv” cookie.
Offers and discounts
The offers below are for adults only (18+) and never depend on luck: no wheels, scratch cards, mystery boxes or draws. What you see on the site (prices, countdowns, quantities left) is real.
Welcome offer
- −10% off the first order, for the e-mail address given in the offer window; the code is valid for 30 days and can be used once.
- Only when there is no earlier order with the same account, e-mail or phone. An e-mail address gets the offer once.
- The Recompense welcome points are given when an account is created, once per person.
Flash deals
- The reduced price is the wine’s selling price while the countdown runs. The struck-through price is the wine’s regular price; we never put a wine on a deal if it had another reduced price in the last 30 days.
- The countdown shows the real time until the deal ends. When “N left” is shown, N is the real quantity left of the quantity set for the deal; when it runs out the deal ends, and a cart can hold at most the quantity left.
- Orders placed before the end keep the reduced price.
Coupons
- Coupons are collected in “Coupons” (in the site header). Each has a fixed discount, a minimum order (the products in the cart, VAT included, before discounts) and an end date. Each customer can use a coupon once.
- One offer coupon applies per order (welcome, a friend’s invitation or a collected coupon): the cart picks the best one by itself. Recompense points can be used on top.
Cart discounts
- From 1,000 MDL: −5% off the whole cart.
- From 2,000 MDL: −10% off the whole cart.
- Counted on the delivered products in the cart after the quantity discounts; one tier applies, the highest reached.
- Free delivery follows the thresholds shown in the cart.
Quantity discounts
- 3+ bottles of the same wine: −10%.
- 6+ bottles of the same wine: −15%.
- Not for wines with a reduced price (flash deals). With the “6 bottles” or “mixed case” discount, a bottle gets only the larger one.
Double points
- In the windows announced on the site (start and end date and time), orders placed in the window earn the usual points multiplied as announced (for example twice), once the order is completed, like any points.
What we show about orders
- “Ordered N times in the last 30 days” and “Popular” come only from the shop’s real orders of the last 30 days.
The shop may change or end an offer; orders already placed keep the terms of the day they were placed.
Good to know
- Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account. Points do not expire.
- The welcome bonus is given once per person (the same e-mail or phone, even with another account).
- Orders placed before 03.11.2026, the day the programme started, earn no points.
- The shop may change the programme’s figures or end it; changes are published on this page. Points already given stay in the account history.
Personal data
For each account we keep the points history: the date, the points, the reason and, where there is one, the order number. We use it only for this programme and it is deleted with the account. Details in the Privacy policy.
