The dessert wines of the Doina Vin winery are liqueur wines: Pastoral, a sweet red liqueur wine in the Kagor style, and the three BonaFlores liqueur wines, made from Traminer, from Muscat and from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Pastoral is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and is a wine for religious holidays. Serve it at 16–18 °C, with desserts.
